If you love Oasis of the Seas, there is a fresh reason to get back on board. Royal Caribbean is in the middle of updating two well-known spaces on the ship, and one of them is already welcoming guests.
The Crown Lounge has moved to Deck 15, toward the aft near El Loco Fresh, Portside BBQ, and Challenger’s Arcade. Photos shared by a guest on the current sailing show a modern look with neutral colors, warm wood accents, and soft lighting. The lounge is reserved for Diamond, Diamond Plus, and Pinnacle Club members in the Crown & Anchor Society, and it offers snacks, concierge help, and complimentary espresso from an upgraded coffee machine. It is open around the clock, though specific services like breakfast and evening hors d’oeuvres run on their own schedules.
Down on Deck 4, work is still underway to expand the casino. The plan turns the space outside Studio B into a non-smoking casino, using areas that previously held the old Crown Lounge and the Blaze Comedy Club. For now, only the former comedy club section is open, while the rest remains under construction. The approach follows similar casino expansions on other Oasis Class ships, including Harmony of the Seas earlier this year.
Key takeaways
- The new Crown Lounge on Deck 15 is already open for top-tier loyalty members.
- The expanded casino on Deck 4 will add a dedicated non-smoking gaming space outside Studio B.
- Part of the new casino is open now, with the remaining area still under construction as of October 23.
- Oasis now follows sister ships like Allure, Harmony, Utopia, and Wonder of the Seas in placing the Crown Lounge on an upper deck.
