If dinner in the main dining room is one of your favorite parts of a Carnival sailing, there is good news on the way. Carnival Cruise Line is bringing its updated dining menu to additional ships this fall, expanding a rollout that began earlier this year.

According to an update from Brand Ambassador John Heald, six more ships are adding the new menu starting in October. The selection is already being served in the main dining rooms on 18 ships in the fleet, so this next wave brings it to even more guests.

Carnival Elation and Carnival Valor were the first in this group, introducing the menu on October 17, 2026. Carnival Horizon, which sails to the Caribbean from PortMiami, followed with its October 18, 2026 sailing. Three more ships are scheduled to join in November: Carnival Paradise on November 5, Carnival Freedom on November 7, and Carnival Legend beginning with its November 19, 2026 cruise.

Heald shared that he personally enjoys the new dinner menus and that feedback from guests so far has been very positive. Carnival also plans to bring the menu to its Australia-based ships, with timing still to be decided, and Carnival Firenze and Carnival Radiance are expected to add it at a later date.
